Federal PSO Consultant (July 2019 – Current)

VMware is an IT solutions company providing a range of SDDC and cloud solutions. My role consisted of delivering, customizing, and teaching these solutions to customers.

Key Accomplishments:

Implemented a customized email client to allow for correct certificate selection for derived credentials, allowing users to securely authenticate and access workplace content for 30,000 users.
Designed and implemented a Splunk dashboard via REST API and the WorkspaceONE platform to track user and device compliance policies. Utilized for weekly scrum meetings for over 600,000 shared devices.
Developed an on-premises to cloud migration strategy for WorkspaceONE Access for FedRAMP. This strategy and corresponding documentation are now used for over 15 federal customers and growing.

Key Accomplishments:

Managing a team of over 20 employees and maintaining a cohesive brand representation, selling points, and professionalism. The average retention rate of our employees is 3.5 years.
Created education program focused on fine dining etiquette and workplace professionalism which is utilized for key performance indicators.

Generated a combined social media following of 11,000 plus users with web traffic of 4,200 unique users per month.
Managed all business-critical devices with minimal to zero downtime.
